Hauling estimate intake.

This calculator creates an early budget estimate for hauling only. It includes address autocomplete, route mileage/map display, local draft saving, photo upload prompts, logging, and a quote-request handoff.

1. Route

Start typing each address and select the verified Google result. Mileage and route map will populate from Google Maps when the API key is available.

Route map
When Google Maps loads, this area will display the planned route and mileage. Oversize loads may require manual route review for bridge, clearance, width, weight, and local restrictions.

Maps status: waiting for Google Maps API.

2. Load Details

Hazardous materials and waste requiring specialty badging, placards, endorsements, or certifications are not able to be transported.

Select equipment type first, then make, then model. Common presets auto-fill planning dimensions and weight. You can still override any value below.

Equipment presets are planning aids only. Actual dimensions and weight vary by year, package, counterweights, tires/tracks, bucket, blade, forks, cab, fluids, and attachment configuration. Verify the machine plate and transport dimensions before approving a formal quote.

Length, width, and height are entered in feet. Estimated weight is entered in pounds.

General guide: width over 8'6", height over 14', excessive length, or overweight configurations may be oversize and require permits or route review.

3. Crane Need

We also offer Crane Services. If lifting, loading, unloading, or placement is required, the hauling estimate below does not include crane pricing.

4. Access Restrictions

Select all that apply at either pickup or destination. These details help flag access, scheduling, safety, route, loading, and unloading concerns.

5. Photos

Optional but strongly recommended. Photos help estimate the load, pickup access, destination access, gates, slopes, bridges, and placement concerns.

Photos are currently captured for testing and future HubSpot integration. Final file routing will be connected after HubSpot fields/workflow are created.

6. Contact + Timing

Preferred date and time window usually refer to pickup timing unless noted otherwise. Dates/times are requested for planning only and are not confirmed until Tally Ho verifies availability, route, equipment, and job requirements.
