Terms and Conditions of Service
All estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing. Customer is responsible for providing accurate load dimensions, weight, access details, site conditions, route limitations, ownership/authorization, and any known hazards.
Tally Ho Lift & Shift may decline or modify work due to safety, weather, access, permitting, insurance, equipment limitations, operator discretion, or incomplete information. Crane and hauling work may require additional equipment, rented equipment, outside operators, pilot cars, permits, traffic control, or engineering support at additional cost.
Customer is responsible for ensuring that pickup and delivery sites are legally accessible and suitable for the requested work. Final lift and transport decisions remain subject to operator judgment, verified specifications, load charts, insurance restrictions, and applicable law.
Insurance
A current certificate of insurance may be provided upon request when appropriate for the project.
